We aim to deliver your products as efficiently as possible. Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:
- Glass rooms, canopies, and carports: 3–4 weeks.
- Solar carports: 6–8 weeks.
- Fencing, saunas, hot tubs, and all outdoor furniture: 3–5 days.
How long is the warranty on your products?
All of our glass verandas and glass rooms come with a 10-year framework warranty from the date of installation. Our other products and finishing elements come with a 5-year framework warranty. This covers both manufacturing and installation defects. Full terms and conditions apply.
How long does it take to install a Glass Room or a Veranda?
In most cases, verandas can be installed within 1–2 days, while glass rooms usually take 3–5 days. Installation times may vary depending on the size, design and specification of each individual project.

Yes, because all our aluminium components are powder-coated in-house, we offer a range of premium finishes to match your property style, ensuring both visual appeal and extra environmental protection against the elements.
What electrical installations are required for your outdoor saunas?
We recommend a professional electrician to handle the power supply connection. Our sauna units come with specifications for the required amperage, and the installation must meet local safety regulations for the heating elements and internal lighting systems.
Is it possible to adjust the slat spacing or height for your fence systems?
